The 3rd Generation Partnership Project, or 3GPP, is developing a concept (or standard) called User Data Convergence (UDC) based on a collection of technical reports and specifications. 3GPP is a global organization that produces specifications for the wireless industry, and combines the efforts of many regionalized standards bodies.
