With UnboundID you can choose from two levels of support:
- 12 X 5 Standard Support: Available Monday-Friday from 8 AM US Central Standard Time to 8 PM US
Central Standard Time
- 24 X 7 Premium Support: Available 24 X 7 for critical issues
Customer Support Center
Our online Customer Support Center is available 24x7 for self-service technical assistance.
In the Customer Support Center, you can:
- Log tickets and view status of previously submitted tickets
- Download software updates and patches
- Access product documentation, technical articles, and FAQs
- Receive guidance and tools for troubleshooting
