UnboundID’s products are key components in your application infrastructure. As such we understand the mission critical nature of our software and offer world-class support to help when technical issues arise.

With UnboundID you can choose from two levels of support:

  • 12 X 5 Standard Support: Available Monday-Friday from 8 AM US Central Standard Time to 8 PM US
    Central Standard Time
  • 24 X 7 Premium Support: Available 24 X 7 for critical issues

Customer Support Center

Our online Customer Support Center is available 24x7 for self-service technical assistance.

In the Customer Support Center, you can:

  • Log tickets and view status of previously submitted tickets
  • Download software updates and patches
  • Access product documentation, technical articles, and FAQs
  • Receive guidance and tools for troubleshooting
