Board of Directors

Bill Wood

Bill Wood is a General Partner with Silverton Partners, a venture capital firm based in Austin, TX. Over the past twenty years, Bill has been a venture investor in the enterprise software industry in general with a focus on the identity management market in particular. With regard to past identity management investments, Bill was the lead investor in Tivoli Systems (acquired by IBM) and Waveset Technologies (acquired by Sun Microsystems). Bill is also an investor in the privately held SailPoint Technologies.

Bill Bock

Bill Bock currently serves as a Board Director for Silicon Laboratories, Inc, a leader in high-performance, analog-intensive, mixed-signal ICs. Bill was Senior Vice President and CFO of Silicon Labs from 2006 through 2011. From 2001 through 2006, Bill participated in the venture capital industry, primarily as a general partner for CenterPoint Ventures. Previously, as CEO of Dazel Corporation, Bill led the company from early growth through its sale to the Hewlett Packard Company, where he remained as an HP Vice President. Before Dazel, Bill was Executive Vice President and COO at Tivoli Systems and was instrumental in the company's initial public offering and subsequent merger with IBM. Bill holds a B.S. in Computer Science from Iowa State University and received his M.S. in Industrial Administration from Carnegie Mellon University.

Gregg Burt

Gregg Burt is the Managing Partner of Vitesse Capital Partners and serves as Chairman of the Board of Hart InterCivic. Previously, Gregg served as President and CEO of Hart, leading the company through a management buyout from its investors and a successful turnaround. Prior to joining Hart, Gregg was CEO of BuildForge, Inc., where he led the dramatic growth of this early stage enterprise software start-up. Gregg holds a Masters of Business Administration with Honors from the University of Texas at Austin and a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Southern California.

Morgan Flager

Morgan Flager is Partner with Silverton Partners, a venture capital firm based in Austin, TX. Prior to joining Silverton in 2006, Morgan worked with FTV Capital in San Francisco, where he focused on growth investments in software and technology-enabled services. Before becoming a full-time investor, Morgan held various executive positions at Ingrian Networks (acquired by SafeNet) and Kintana (acquired by Mercury Interactive Corp.). Morgan received his BS from Stanford University.

Adam Marcus

Since joining OpenView Venture Partners as Managing Director in 2009, Adam Marcus has been focused on investing in and building companies across software, digital media, and technology-enabled businesses. He currently serves on the boards of several of OpenView's portfolio companies, including Monetate, Kareo, uSamp, and Prognosis.

Prior to joining OpenView, Adam worked at Battery Ventures focusing on investments in marketing services, fintech, and digital media, and was a board observer at ExactTarget (NYSE: ET) and a board member at J. Hilburn. Previous to Battery, he was Director of Corporate Development for The Boston Celtics, where he led strategic initiatives for the team. He also worked at Lycos (sold to Telefonica), where he was responsible for M&A, private equity, and joint venture investment within North America, Europe, and Asia. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology and Spanish from Franklin and Marshall College and an MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth.

Steve Shoaff

Steve Shoaff is a founder and CEO of UnboundID. He is internationally recognized as a trusted adviser on identity and security issues for Global 100 companies. At Sun Microsystems, Steve served as Technical Director and Chief of Staff for the Identity Management product division, as well as Director of Global Engineering and Support for the Directory Server Product Family. At Netscape Communications, he was Senior Product Manager for Directory and Security. He co-founded the OpenDS and SLAMD open source projects and performs technical due-diligence for venture capital firms. He has also been a key technical adviser to the US Department of Justice.

Andy Spillane

Andy Spillane is Chief Product Officer at UnboundID and is responsible for the company's overarching product strategy. With a background that includes tenures at leading technology companies such as Netscape, Yahoo!, and AOL, Andy has over 20 years of experience in design, development, and product management. He holds BS, MS, and PhD degrees in Systems Engineering from the School of Engineering and Applied Science at the University of Virginia.
